Abstract:Fourty samples of ducks breast muscles /10g/ were investigated. The growth of different gram-negative organisms: Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella oxytoca, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Yersinia enterocolotica were observed in 85 percent of ducks.
